Paper submissions

Abstract submission:

Send your abstract in .pdf format to cdve2009 at uib.es with your file name following our naming convention:  The name of the file should be: initial, last name and the country code of the first author. Example:  RGimenezEs.pdf (Es stands for Spain. Check your email address for your country code. For USA, please put .us)

Each abstract should include and only include:
Title, Affliations, emails, keywords, and the abstract. Maximum 2 pages with A4 size.

What will be expected after abstract submission:
You will receive an acknowledge mail within a short time. We will process your abstract and you will receive a second notification two weeks after if your abstract is not ok. If you do not hear from us after two weeks, this means your abstract is ok and you can go ahead to write your full paper.

Full paper submission:  All the full papers will be subject to a peer to peer review.
Deadline:  April 1, 2009.  Send to:  CDVE2009 at uib. es. Early submission is highly recommended. Your email subject line should contain the word "Full paper" and  the name of your  file: initial , last name and the country code of the first author. Example:  FWangEs.zip(Es stands for Spain.  For US, please put .us).

Each paper should include and only include:
Title, Author names, Affliations, emails, abstract, keywords, and main text. Maximum 8 pages with A4 size. Extra pages are available by purchasing in your early registration form.
Please follow strictly the format required by the Lecture Notes in Computer Science LNCS series, Springer-Verlag. You should download the corresponding format templates you choose from their website: Information for LNCS Authors
Notification of review results and acceptance for full papers: May 15 - 20, 2009

Short paper submisison:
The same requirements applied as full paper except the length of the paper is limited to 4 pages and the deadline is May 31, 2009.  In the mail, the subject line should include the word "Short".
Each paper should include and only include:
Title, Author names, Affliations, emails, short abstract, one line keywords, and main text in single space. Maximum 4 pages with A4 size. You should download the corresponding LNCS format templates you choose from their website.
